Khouloud Ben Alaya

Introduction

Khouloud Ben Alaya is public health consultant at Global health strategies working with the Global Institute for disease Elimination (GLIDE). She is working with GLIDE on an advocacy project aiming to strengthen the vaccination efforts carried out through COVAX to minimize the disparities and to promote equitable access to vaccinesin the MENA region. She has a primary training in medicine along with a master degree in health law. She worked with the Tunisian center for public health on the MENA STOP TB platform advocating for patient centered TB response in the MENA region. She was a public health intern at the UNAIDS Tunisia country office working on strategic information and monitoring of the national HIV response.
